About The Owners...
Jacare Thomas and Charlette Stanton married in 2003 and their dream was born. They fantasized of the day when they could open the doors to something different that was theirs together. Something they could proudly leave for their kids and offer to their community. For 18 years, they have been working toward that dream. In 2019 they sold everything and purchased the property at 600 E. 75th.
Jacare is a Data Scientist by trade and has spent more than a decade developing strategy for Chicago Public Schools. Most recently, he served as Chief Growth & Innovation officer for a national restorative justice nonprofit based out of Chicago.
Charlette, daughter of a Chicago Mayor’s personal detail officer, has over 20 years in security management and is the owner/operator of Stanton Security Services where she creates real job opportunities for our community.
